Self Mastery for Moms

Being a mother is a complicated and demanding job. How are you doing with managing stress? With Emotional Mastery? With Mind Management? How you feel moment-to-moment, what you think moment-to-moment, and how you handle stress are all part of becoming a Self-Mastered Mom. In this 2-evening, 4-hour course you’ll learn three ways to reduce stress, master your emotions, and manage your thoughts so that you can feel more at ease and in turn demonstrate these life changing skills for future generations. Whether you work outside the home or are a stay-at-home parent, we’ll talk about ways to validate what you’re doing right and put your focus on what matters.
