Mindfulness practices have been shown to help train awareness, facilitate clearer thinking, support employee well-being and resiliency, improve workplace relationships and help people navigate stress and anxiety. Join seasoned mindfulness instructor Andrew Safer and facilitator Dr. Janna Rosales who will guide you through a basic mindfulness practice with discussion and reflection on the ways that mindfulness can support your professional growth and development.
