Exploring Your Environment: Health and the Environment

Thursday, May 17, 1-3 p.m.

IIC-2001, Bruneau Centre for Research and Innovation

Do you think your research could benefit from interdisciplinary collaboration?

For three days during Memorial University’s inaugural Research Week, May 12-17, 2018, the faculties of Medicine, Science and Humanities and Social Sciences will come together to host three interdisciplinary networking events for faculty researchers.

Under the theme of Exploring Your Environment, interested researchers from any faculty, school or discipline will be given 90 seconds to talk about their work and opportunities for collaboration. The event will conclude with a coffee and networking break, providing possibilities for one-on-one follow up and discussion.

Each day will focus on a different area of research and how they connect to our environment physically, socially and medically.

We welcome all faculty researchers to attend and/or present, however space is limited so please register early to ensure your seat. Faculty can choose present at more than one session.

While the event is free, registration is required. Email m.strong@mun.ca for more information and to RSVP. Please be sure to identify which events you would like to attend and/or participate in.
