The MER degree gives students the opportunity to become specialists in the human resource management and labour relations areas.  The exposure to courses from both HSS and Business provides students with the competitive advantage of a breadth and depth of knowledge in these areas, making them sought after by employers. 

This degree can give you access to a broad range of management careers including in the areas of: human resource management, occupational health and safety, policy, and labour relations.
