You don’t have to be a CEO to require leadership skills. Demonstrating leadership skills in your research teams, course work teams, at your part-time job can enhance your graduate learning experience as well as better prepare you for your career after graduation. This session will discuss various leadership styles, discuss the difference between management and leading, and help you discover how to better hone your leadership skills.
