Determining Appropriate Accommodations for Students with Disabilities

Friday, June 4, 2-3 p.m.

Online

This session for instructors is designed to provide a brief overview of how students with disabilities receive accommodations through Accessibility Services (the Blundon Centre) and how staff work with all university stakeholders to ensure students receive timely and appropriate support.

If you’ve ever wondered about the process of how students receive formal accommodations to support their learning, you won’t want to miss this session (and if you miss it, we’ll do more).

There will be plenty of time for questions from instructors.  Bring a colleague!

Hosted by: Jason Geary, Manager (Acting), Accessibility Services (Blundon Centre), Student Life
