Happy New Year to our alumni in England!

Riding on the wave of the fresh new year, your Memorial University friends are crossing the ocean and coming your way on Jan. 18, 2023. Join us to share in the fond memories of Newfoundland and Labrador with fun, food and laughter. Our president and vice-chancellor, Dr. Vianne Timmons, will be there and is excited to toast 2023 and all its possibilities with you!

Set in the historic Grade II listed former Westminster Library, our venue is an institution of Indian fine dining. The original modern Indian restaurant in London, The Cinnamon Club has a long history of serving innovative, authentic cuisine in a magnificent, majestic setting. Chef Vivek Singh and head chef, Sankar Chandrasekaran have developed a standout new menu that combines signature menu items with new dishes and celebratory platters. This fun, reception -style event will feature a plentiful array of canapés, menu samplings and beverages.
