Suncor Energy Hall (Free admission)
Newfound Music Festival, now in its 20th year, is an annual festival that invites students, alumni, and faculty to share their “Newfound ideas” with the School of Music community. The special guest for Newfound Music Festival XX will be pianist, composer, improvisor, and arranger Marianne Trudel (QC). Join us for workshops, a symposium, special guests, concerts, and a final gala performance!
The Symposium will feature electronica, new music, improvisation, lectures, open rehearsals, post-tonal analysis, and a video installation.
