Thrive Week: Mindfulness Session

Take a pause from the stress and busyness of the day with a guided mindfulness session. Together, we’ll practice simple techniques to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and reconnect with the present moment. No experience is needed—just bring an open mind and a willingness to slow down. This session will leave you feeling calmer, more focused, and better equipped to handle daily challenges.
