Great ideas need strong foundations. This workshop introduces the fundamentals of turning a concept into a viable venture by exploring key elements of business model development. Participants will examine how organizations create value, identify customers, and develop sustainable growth strategies. Through guided activities and discussion, you’ll learn how to shape your idea into a practical model that can support innovation, entrepreneurship, and real-world impact.
