Seniors Day at the Garden

Tuesday, June 23, 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

Memorial University Botanical Garden, 306 Mount Scio Road, St. John's

Seniors (aged 60+) are welcome to visit the Botanical Garden free of charge today! Come and see what is blooming, and enjoy a leisurely walk along our trails. Our horticulturists will be offering a guided garden tour:

10:30am tour with Meghan McCarthy
12:30pm tour with Josh Elyk

Tours typically last 1hour, and include a visit to most of our flower gardens. Paths are gravel, but are accessible, and many benches can be found along the route. Visitors of all ages are welcome to come along, but general admission applies. Attendant’s Passes are accepted. Groups of 10 or more, or groups arriving on busses are asked to notify our Visitor Services desk at: 709-864-8590 or by email to garden@mun.ca

We apologize that there currently is no food service on site.
