Sonja Knutson

Sonja Knutson, director, Internationalization Office, has been elected to a national position with the Association of International Educators (NAFSA). As of January 2016, Ms. Knutson will take on the role of chair of the International Education Leadership Knowledge Community. The chair works in partnership with staff to define programming and develop professional development activities for those who lead internationalization on their campuses. NAFSA’s 10,000 members are located at more than 3,500 institutions worldwide, in more than 150 countries. NAFSA advances public policies that promote international education and is committed to supporting a broad public dialogue about the value and importance of international education.
