Dr. Ratana Chuenpagdee, Canada Research Chair in Natural Resource Sustainability and Community Development and professor, Department of Geography, gave a keynote address at the ICES Annual Science Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark, on Sept. 24. The title of the address was Too Important to Fail: Creating Opportunities in Small-Scale Fisheries.
