Dr. Tom Gordon, professor emeritus, School of Music, presented the paper, Making Music Together: A Northern Dialogue, with Prof. Ragnar Rasmussen and Fred Glesnes of the University of Tromsø at the Arctic Arts Summit in Harstad, Norway, on June 23, 2017. The paper set a backdrop for the creation of the UArctic World Ensemble.
