At the Coordination Committee for Newcomer Integration at the Association for New Canadians in St. John’s on Feb. 2, Kerri Neil presented Retaining our Recruits: The Employer’s Role. Ms. Neil presented her case for how hiring international students can help businesses break into the global market. Ms. Neil is a research assistant for Dr. Tony Fang, a professor in the Department of Economics and the Stephen Jarislowsky Chair of Cultural and Economic Transformation.
