Swomitra Palit

Swomitra Palit, a graduate student in the Department of Physics and Physical Oceanography, Faculty of Science, has published a paper in the March 3 issue of Physical Review Letters, the primary disciplinary journal in physics. His work involved experiments at Memorial University and at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in the United States. The paper, Combining Diffusion NMR and SANS Enables Precise Measurements of Polymer Chain Compression in a Crowded Environment, was co-authored with Lilin He and William A. Hamilton, Oak Ridge National Laboratory; Arun Yethiraj, University of Wisconsin-Madison and Anand Yethiraj, Memorial University.
