2025 SEA Conference Day 1

The Faculty of Science invites all science students, staff, post-doctoral fellows and faculty to the SEA – the fourth annual Scientific Endeavours in Academia interdisciplinary research conference!

At the SEA, researchers of all levels will present their work and learn about the other outstanding research underway in the Faculty of Science. The SEA conference will provide opportunities for networking, developing new collaborations, honing presentation skills, student recruitment, career development and more. Prizes will also be available for best poster and oral presentations and food and drink will be available.

This in-person, two-day, multi-session event will take place April 9 & 10, and showcase poster and oral presentations by undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and faculty. This year we will again feature – The Gong Show – an opportunity to pitch your research JARGON-FREE in three minutes or less, or risk being gonged!
