The Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science is proud to host the 2026 F.W. Angel Lecture, featuring Prof. Dr.-Ing. Holger Hanselka, President, Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft.
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Holger Hanselka is President of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, one of the world’s leading applied research organizations. Fraunhofer plays a unique role in Germany’s innovation ecosystem, turning research into practical solutions with real-world impact.
The topic of this year’s lecture is “Building for Innovation: Lessons from the Fraunhofer Model on Bridging Applied Research and Industry.”
The event will be followed by a catered reception. Parking is available in lots 17 and 1A.
