Memorial University and Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra wind players Michelle Cheramy, Annie Corrigan, Christine Carter, Nicole Hand, and Emily Dunsmore join forces for the first ever Music@Memorial woodwind quintet concert! The iconic quintet by György Ligeti and sextet for winds and piano by Francis Poulenc (with special guest Gregory Oh, piano) will be joined by Paquito D’Rivera’s lively Aires Tropicales and Valerie Coleman’s Umoja – an “anthem of unity.” (FREE ADMISSION)
