Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression Practices in Action

Memorial is an employer partner with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI). As part of this partnership, Memorial employees and retirees are invited to attend this webinar that will focus on sharing skills and real-life workplace examples of anti-racism and anti-oppression in action. From hiring and retention practices to psychological safety and employee cultures of belonging, this session will explore how anti-racism and anti-oppression values shape healthy and equitable workplaces.
