At Home with Stuttering (Aug 22-23) brings together people who stutter, their families, clinicians, educators, researchers, and community members to achieve the following objectives: create an inclusive and supportive environment where people who stutter can connect, share experiences, and build networks of mutual support; translate experiential and professional knowledge into practice for community programming, service delivery, advocacy initiatives, and future research agendas; increase awareness of stuttering as a social and communicative difference, contributing to more inclusive practices in education, workplaces, healthcare, and community life in NL. The scope of the conference includes academic research on stuttering and incorporates lived experience, peer connection, advocacy, and knowledge exchange.
