The Department of Human Resources is pleased to offer a blood work collection service for employees and retirees on Friday, Dec. 10, from 8 – 10 a.m. on the fourth floor of the Arts and Administration Building, room A-4020. Blood collection will be performed by an outside provider who will be on campus. To use this service, a valid MCP card and a requisition form from a physician are required. The cost of this service is $25 which will be cost-shared between HR and the employee or retiree (HR will pay 50 per cent and the employee or retiree will pay 50 per cent). Cash, debit or credit accepted. Appointments are required and can be booked by contacting Kathleen Wall, wellness consultant at 864-2595 or email kwall@mun.ca
