Learn the basics of Botanical Art while observing the artist go through the process of developing and completing a painting of a wild mushroom. This casual, interactive presentation allows you to ask questions and even sketch along. Receive tips on the tools, materials, and techniques used to complete a botanical painting, starting with the observation and sketching. The artist will use a webcam so participants may sit and view on a large screen throughout the session. Supplies will be available for use and are included in the fee but participants are welcome to bring a personal sketchbook. Registration is limited to 15 individuals.
