In recognition of Asian Heritage Month, the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion is holding this webinar which will discuss barriers to Asian inclusion such as the docility myth, the bamboo ceiling and how the concept of professionalism and leadership is viewed as racial construct. The webinar will also explore ways we can break these barriers to inclusion for a better workplace.
