The purpose of this session it to help participants understand what resilience is, recognize their own resilience strengths and gaps, and develop practical strategies for managing stress, maintaining energy, and staying grounded during challenging times. By the end of the workshop, participants will:
- Define what resilience is
- Recognize personal strengths and challenges related to resilience
- Identify emotional and cognitive strategies for building resilience
- Commit to one or more resilience practices for ongoing use
- Know where to access tools and support resources
