Careers, Coffee and Croissants: Post-doctoral Fellows and Graduate Students Networking

The School of Graduate Studies is pleased to invite you to the upcoming Postdoctoral Fellows and Graduate Students Networking (Careers, Coffee, and Croissants) event, scheduled for the Fall 2025 semester. The event is designed to foster meaningful discussions on career development and to build connections between graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.

Hosted by the Associate Vice-President (Academic) and Dean of Graduate Studies, this event offers a valuable opportunity for graduate students to network with postdoctoral fellows, explore pursuing a career in academia, and learn about the benefits of postdoctoral research.

During the event, we are honored to welcome the Associate Vice-President (Academic) and Dean of Graduate Studies for an opening session, followed by presentations from two postdoctoral fellows who will share their experiences in pursuing academic careers. A Q&A session, table talks, and a networking coffee break will follow, providing additional opportunities for discussion and connection.
