CITL Instructor Series Decolonizing the Classroom: Reflections from Business Education

Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2-3 p.m.

Online

The presenter for this session is C. Lynn Kendall, Assistant Professor, Business, Grenfell Campus

This talk draws on experiences from business education to explore what decolonizing the classroom can look like in practice, beyond symbolic inclusion or surface-level curriculum changes. Using personal teaching examples, the session invites faculty across disciplines to reflect on how dominant knowledge systems are reproduced in post-secondary spaces and how they might be respectfully unsettled in their own classrooms.

Registration is required for this event.
