Microsoft (MS) Teams is fast becoming one of the most used products in the Microsoft Office Suite. It offers key collaboration features such as chat, file sharing, meetings, phone calls and co-authoring. With so many rich features, it is easy to miss elements that would bring your teamwork to new heights.
In this interactive session, participants will be guided through the use of key software tools and features in a step-by-step fashion. Topics include: launching, organizing and navigating your MS Teams space, exploring communication and meetings functions, and customizing the settings of your space. Through practice and application, participants will feel confident in their ability to get their team started on MS Teams and execute intermediate MS Teams tools.
