This session will provide support to participants in navigating the emotional and psychological impact of change by fostering understanding, emotional awareness and personal resilience. By the end of the session, participants will:
- Recognize common emotional responses to change and uncertainty
- Understand the psychological stages of change
- Identify personal strategies to cope with stress and uncertainty
- Know about available supports and resources (internal and external)
