Our ability to communicate effectively is linked to our success in meeting the needs of our employees, colleagues, and clients.
We communicate daily without considering if our messages are received and interpreted as intended. Critical workplace communication skills consider the impact of our communication method and approach on the receiver of our message.
This course reviews the three C’s of essential communication (clear, concise, consistent) and focuses on research-backed communication skills proven to strengthen interpersonal relationships and enhance overall communication and listening skills. The course will also review cross-cultural communication and the impact of cultural competence and unconscious bias on our communication exchanges and interactions with others in the workplace.
