Memorial is an employer partner with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI). As part of this partnership, Memorial employees and retirees are invited to attend this session on microaggressions in the workplace. This skill-building webinar will provide learners with the ability to understand microaggressions and their impacts while building personal and professional practices that challenge bias and encourage safety and equity. This session will explore communication and conflict resolution skills, strategies for intervention and response, and resources to bring back to your teams.
