Downtown St. John’s Santa Claus Parade

ARE YOU READY FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON? On Sunday, Dec. 4, join students, faculty and staff as we walk with the Marine Institute and Memorial floats for the Downtown St. John’s Santa Claus Parade. Participants will need to meet in the parking lot behind Johnson Insurance on Factory Lane no later than 11:30 a.m. and will be asked to walk in either in front of or behind the floats. There is one special requirement: you have to bring a WHOLE LOT OF JOLLY and you need to dress the part! We’ll have some hats available for those who may not have them but we encourage you to put some festive imagination into your outfit to help add to the excitement for those watching the parade. The parade will end at Springdale Street, a distance of 2.1 km.
