Downtown St. John’s Santa Claus Parade

Are you ready to celebrate the holiday season? On Sunday, Dec. 3, students, faculty and staff are invited to walk with Team Memorial in the Downtown St. John’s Santa Claus Parade. Participants will meet in the parking lot behind Johnson Insurance on Factory Lane no later than 11:30 a.m. and will be asked to walk either in front or behind the floats. There is one special requirement: you must bring a whole lot of jolly, and you need to dress the part! There will be some hats available for those without, but you are encouraged to put some festive imagination into your outfit to help add to the excitement for those watching the parade. The parade will end at Springdale Street, a distance of 2.1 kilometres. To participate, please RSVP by Wednesday, Nov. 29.
