Implement strategic plan measurement and evaluation tools that recognize and reinforce the value and benefits of EDI-AR performance goals.
Knowing how the different areas of your organization are performing can help you to assess where you are strong, and including measures for EDI-AR will make your organization stronger.
In this session, participants will be guided through the importance of measuring policy and developing a matrix to identify organizational EDI-AR health. Participants will explore techniques to apply an equity and anti-racism lens when implementing strategic plan measurements and evaluation tools. Through group discussion and case studies, participants will heighten their knowledge of employment equity and human rights frameworks when measuring the success of equity-based environment within organizations.
Setting and measuring goals for EDI-AR work is essential if your organization want to make real progress.
