English Language Skills for University Success: Academic Publishing

The School of Graduate Studies offers free workshops for Memorial University graduate students. These non-credit workshops are offered to registered students in graduate diploma, masters, or doctoral programs and designed to help improve speaking and writing skills for a variety of contexts.

This workshop explains the process of getting published, from choosing an appropriate journal to submitting the manuscript for approval, and includes tips on writing an effective abstract.
