The unparalleled collection of Crew Agreements and Official Logs archived in on our campus will be explored in two workshops delivered by the archivists and university and public historians who have worked with them in the past as a means to encouraging their future use. These are the records of domestic, colonial, and foreign seafarers and their vessels but speakers will show their reference is not limited to labour and business history. Many fascinating seafaring stories come to life in this archive.
