Feedback and Coaching
Tuesday, June 21, 12-1 p.m.
Medical learners need feedback, especially in the workplace. Learners often report that they do not receive enough feedback, while faculty and preceptors feel that they are giving feedback all the time. This interactive webinar will provide strategies for the effective delivery of feedback to clinical learners in order to maximize the impact that your feedback will have. It will also introduce some steps for moving to a coaching mindset in your delivery of feedback.
Join Steve Shorlin on Tuesday, June 21st from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. for this webinar delivered by Webex.
At the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Identify characteristics of effective feedback.
- Describe strategies for effective delivery of performance feedback to clinical learners.
- Describe steps for moving to a coaching mindset
