Join the Department of Human Resources along with an expert facilitator from TELUS Health (formerly LifeWorks) for this session that will explore the roles of sugar, protein and fat in brain function. Participants will also learn about the gut’s influence on mood and discover specific vitamins and minerals for emotional well-being. To register, email lindsayog@mun.ca before May 20.
