Gentle Flow Yoga

Unroll your mat and take a break to recharge with a guided yoga session designed to support both body and mind. This practice will focus on gentle movement, stretching, and breathwork to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation. All levels are welcome—whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this is a chance to slow down, connect inward, and leave feeling refreshed and balanced.
Gentle Flow Yoga will be held monthly:
