Healthy Discussions: Social Prescribing
Tuesday, April 30, 12:30-1:30 p.m.
Virtual
Social prescribing is a way to connect patients to a range of non-clinical services in the community to improve health and well-being. It can help address social issues such as loneliness or social isolation, ageism, and housing insecurity. We’ll be joined by guests from the Canadian Institute for Social Prescribing, a national hub that links people and shares practices on this method of care, as well as Seniors NL and Memorial University.
