Healthy Discussions: Summer Unplugged: Youth Brain Health and Screen Time

As summer approaches, many youths will be spending more time on screens. This webinar explores the impact of screen time on brain health, sleep, learning, and mental well-being, while sharing practical, evidence-informed strategies to help children and teens build healthier habits and enjoy a more active summer.

Speaker Bio: George Mammen is a mental health scientist and a mental resilience coach for youth. This past year, he has delivered over 35 presentations to schools and communities on the impacts of ‘too much’ screen time on mental health, and strategies to support healthy brain development.
