How Organizations Can Improve Gender Equity in Leadership

Many businesses today want to diversify their leadership ranks with regards to gender, but don’t necessarily know how to go about doing this. This 20-minute talk will discuss various evidence-based practices to enable movement towards greater gender balance in leadership. The barriers that currently exist and the benefits of gender diversity in leadership will also be briefly highlighted.
