You’re invited to a free educational event about sleep, insomnia, sleeping pills, and how to get a good night’s sleep without medication. You can attend in person or online. The event is for everyone – members of the public, healthcare professionals, policy makers, and researchers. Events are scheduled for November in Halifax, Fredericton, and St. John’s.
