Indigenous Culture and Cuisine

R. Gushue Dining Hall

On September 26th, Indigenous Chef Joseph Shawana will be facilitating an educational dinner experience event taking place in the R. Gushue Dining Hall. Students, Faculty, and staff are invited to pay a reduced door price of $18 + tax to enjoy this educational experience on campus. The menu is as follows:

 

– White Corn and Braised Beef Soup

– Roasted Butternut squash Bannock Flatbread

– Braised Hunter Stew with Blueberry Dumplings

– Three Sister Salad

– Chai Pudding

 

This is an incredible opportunity to learn more about Indigenous culture and cuisine on campus and our team looks forward to welcoming you!
