The objective of this virtual panel discussion is to engage doctoral students, faculty and staff in a dialogue on importance and application of EDI lens in all areas of Internationalization of Higher Education. How do we promote student engagement and success in IHE while ensuring the participation of equity-seeking and Indigenous peoples? How do we cultivate equity, diversity and inclusion in our curriculum internationalization, international research and global student engagement? Our panel will discuss the role of faculty and staff in creating an equitable, diverse and inclusive learning community in the process of internationalization of higher education.
