Interprofessional Education Facilitators Information Session

Wednesday, July 7, 12-1 p.m.

Online

Join us at an information session to learn more about facilitating interprofessional education at Memorial.  To register, please email cchpe@mun.ca.

The Centre for Collaborative Health Professional Education (CCHPE) organizes interprofessional education (IPE) activities for learners from various health/social care backgrounds.   IPE prepares new health and social care practitioners for their future in collaborative, interprofessional team-based care.

CCHPE’s programming relies on volunteer facilitators, who join interprofessional teams of learners to deliver IPE curriculum.  Faculty and staff members with experience in health/social care excel in this role.   CCHPE’s commitment is to provide the training and support facilitators need to be confident and comfortable facilitating these discussion-based team learning activities.  This year IPE will be delivered remotely – anyone from anywhere in the province can join in and develop their online instruction skills in a supportive learning environment.  Visit our facilitator webpage to learn more.

Any interested faculty or staff members are invited to join this information session.  CCHPE staff will deliver a short presentation with details about IPE activities and facilitation, followed by a question and answer period.  We look forward to seeing you there.
