L2M Oceans / Validate – Winter 2027

  • 10-week, full-time virtual program with Mitacs BSI Internship
  • Program dates: January 11 – March 25, 2027
  • Application deadline: August 11, 11:30 pm PDT

  • Eligibility: university researchers (Master’s, PhD, Postdoc, Recent Graduates) or students from colleges/polytechnics in Canada, developing ocean-related technologies, who are looking to test and evaluate their idea in the entrepreneurial landscape critically. The Ocean Startup Project will deliver this program in partnership with Memorial University.
  • It is highly recommended that those interested in applying for Validate complete Validate Foundations.
