Leveraging Your Privilege

Memorial is an employer partner with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI). As part of this partnership, Memorial employees and retirees are invited to attend this webinar that will explore strategies and tools that can be used to contextualize the notion of “privilege” and its historic and systemic origin, while managing and acknowledging individual feelings and experiences. How to start meaningful conversations about privilege and how it impacts us will also be explored.
