Marine Institute Graduate Society Seminar Series: Dr. Jeffrey Hutchings

Please, join us in warming back up to school in the Winter semester with a seminar by Dr. Jeffrey Hutchings from Dalhousie University! Dr. Hutchings is a Killam Professor with a primary research focus on the ecology and evolution of fishes. His study species include Atlantic cod, Atlantic salmon, and brook trout. Dr. Hutchings is currently the deputy chair for the international academic institution Centre for Coastal Research (CCR) where scientists come together to research the ecology and evolution of life on the coast from a societal point of view.
