Marine Institute Graduate Society Seminar Series – Marine Animal Identification

Wednesday, Feb. 23, 12-1 p.m.

Online

I will be giving a free seminar for MIGS on marine animal identification tips and techniques. I will be covering many different types of animals, including fish and invertebrates (snails, clams, worms, etc). This is a great seminar for those who need to do sampling surveys, stomach content analysis, or even those who just want to know what that cool snail is that they found at the beach. I have six years of animal identification work experience, four of those as a biologist at the University of Florida where I conducted seasonal surveys offshore of Cape Canaveral.
